Rocky Neck Art Colony is a wonderful place to immerse yourself in art and culture! Our membership is warm, welcoming, and passionately engaged in both creating and appreciating art. From inspiring workshops to vibrant member exhibitions, enlightening lectures, and delightful gatherings, the Cultural Center at Rocky Neck is the heart of our cherished community.
We would love for you to join us! Your support helps sustain our programs and keeps art and culture at the heart of this colorful neighborhood. Let’s continue to celebrate and nurture the artistic spirit together!
Renew or Become a Member
In addition to the benefits for artists and local businesses, there are many reasons to join the Rocky Neck Art Colony. RNAC fosters a strong sense of cooperative spirit between residents, supporting members, and the arts community. Prospective members are invited to come to a Rocky Neck Art Colony monthly meeting. Volunteer Opportunities
Looking to make a difference? If any of the tasks listed below connect with you, please contact our Chief Executive Officer, Elizabeth Carey at director@rockyneckartcolony.org.
Marketing/Communications: We are seeking assistance with a variety of member communication and outreach initiatives. (general computer skills, enjoy people)
Building/Facilities: Volunteer to assist us in maintaining the general upkeep of RNAC’s asset; the Cultural Center at Rocky Neck. Water plants, mow the lawn. (not afraid to roll up your sleeves)
Education/Engagement: Help organize and offer potential workshops. (general computer skills, Zoom, nights/lunch/weekend availability).
Gallery Sitters: Join our list of Gallery Sitters. Engage with our guests, appreciate the art, proudly showcase our exhibition space, social skills a must!
Grounds & Gardens: Help clean up and beautify the outside areas around the Cultural Center, Cove Gallery and other RNAC public spaces.
Family/Youth Engagement: Design and create activities to engage younger audiences.
