Now in its 5th summer, Culture Splash is back to celebrate Gloucester’s vibrant cultural districts—Rocky Neck and Harbortown. Dive into this lively weekly series featuring local artists, musicians, performers, and cultural organizations. Hop on the Cape Ann Harbor Tours Water Shuttle (free shuttle service every Thursday from 4pm to 8pm) and easily travel between these two districts while soaking in scenic waterfront views.
