Galleries available for the 2009 season

Rent a waterfront gallery on Rocky Neck. Many have living facilities. The rental period is for a 5-6 month season from May 15 to October 15 and include utilities and heat. If you don't want to rent for the whole summer, time-share and co-op rentals may be possible.

43 Rocky Neck Avenue 

Gallery with deck on the water, with very small living space located at Accommodations at Rocky Neck

between Imagine and the Ice Cream Shop. Available May 15 thru October 15, 2009, $5,800 for the season.

RNAC Artist in Residency Program, Kismet Wharf, 51A Rocky Neck Ave

This space is in a great location between the Rocky Neck Gallery and Studio Restaurant. Rent includes all utilities, kitchen facilities, cable hookup and bathroom plus access to the Marina shower, waterfront view, picture windows and big garage door opens for easy access. From May to October, it is the live/work space for the Rocky Neck Artist in Residence.

It is available for short-term rental between residency artists, during the following periods:

• May 21 - 26, 2009

• July 2 - 17, 2009

• August 31 - September 9, 2009

• October 10 - 15, 2009

This location is ideal for group or one-person exhibitions, workshops and classes.

Potential renters should submit to the Residency Committee c/o rglouc@comcast.net.

The Avery-Mann Gallery

This spacious live/work studio/gallery is located in a prime location on the Madfish Wharf. It features a small kitchen, bathroom with shower, ample studio/gallery and sleeping loft.
